It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), he says that a woman complained to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about her needs, or complained about some necessity. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not guide you to something better than that? When you go to bed, recite «لا إله إلا الله» thirty-three times, «سبحان الله» thirty-three times, and «الحمد لله» thirty-four times. These hundred words are better than the world and whatever is in it."
