It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he used to frequently supplicate: “O Allah! Rectify our affairs, guide us to the path of Islam, grant us deliverance from darkness into light, keep us away from all kinds of indecency and evil, both outward and inward, and bless our ears, our eyes, our hearts, and our wives and children. And accept our repentance, indeed You are the Acceptor of repentance, Most Merciful. Make us among those who are grateful for Your blessings, who praise them, and who acknowledge them, and complete Your favor upon us.”
