حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : عَادَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ابْنَ صَفْوَانَ ، فَسیدنا الصَّلاةُ ، فَصَلَّى بِهِمُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، وَقَالَ : إِنَّا سَفْرٌ .
It is narrated from Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) went to visit Abdullah bin Safwan (may Allah have mercy on him) when the time for prayer came. So Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) led them in two rak'ahs of prayer and said: We are travelers.

From this, it is understood that during the care of a patient, if the time for prayer arrives in the patient's house, then the congregational prayer can be established and led there so that the patient may also participate in it.
