بَابُ الْمُسْتَبَّانِ مَا قَالا فَعَلَى الأوَّلِChapter: The Two Who Abuse Each Other, the Sin is on the Initiator
Hadith 426
وَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ”إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَوْحَى إِلَيَّ أَنْ تَوَاضَعُوا، وَلاَ يَبْغِ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ.“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has revealed to me that you should adopt humility and modesty among yourselves, and none of you should show arrogance over another."
