It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that I served the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for ten years, but he never said "Uff" to me, and if I did not do any work, he never said: "Why did you not do this?" And it never happened that if I did any work, he said: "Why did you do this?"
Explanation & Benefits

Benefits and Issues:
➊ This hadith is a supreme proof of the vastness of character and excellent morals of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. It also shows that Allah Ta’ala granted him such generosity and open-heartedness that he did not give any importance to worldly matters; rather, he would act with forgiveness and forbearance, which is the highest form of generosity of the soul.
➋ From this, it is understood that one should treat servants and workers with kindness and avoid scolding or rebuking them. However, it is necessary to ensure adherence to religious matters.
➌ In a certain respect, this also contains praise for Anas radi Allahu anhu, as he never gave any occasion for scolding or displeasure.
