Hadith 263

حَدَّثَنَا فَرْوَةُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ‏:‏ كُنَّا نَتَحَدَّثُ‏:‏ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا يُرْفَعُ مِنَ النَّاسِ الأُلْفَةُ‏.‏
Umair bin Ishaq (may Allah have mercy on him) said: We used to talk that the very first thing to be taken away from the people would be affection and love.
