Hadith 1208

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says that sleep during the time of remembrance is from Satan. If you wish, you may try it. When any of you goes to bed and intends to sleep, he should remember Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Maulana Usman Muneeb
Benefits and Issues:
The point is that after finishing work and when intending to sleep, one should recite the supplications (adhkar) for sleeping at that time. Shaytan generally makes a person heedless of the remembrance of Allah in such a way that when a person intends to recite the adhkar, he immediately falls asleep.
