The freed slave of the Prophet (ﷺ), Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him), narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "It is not lawful for any Muslim man to peep into a house before seeking permission; if he does so, he has entered without permission. And when a person leads the prayer, he should not make a special supplication for himself before finishing the prayer (rather, he should include the followers in every supplication), and no person should pray while restraining urine or feces, until he relieves himself."

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Maulana Usman Muneeb
Benefits and Issues: ➊ Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah has declared the statement regarding imamate to be weak, and has said that Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Qayyim rahimahumallah have considered this statement to be fabricated, because it contradicts many authentic ahadith, such as the supplications: "O Allah, distance me..." and others. ➋ It is forbidden to look into someone’s house. In the present era, there is a race to build grand houses. Everyone is striving to build a house better than others, and it is not even considered whether the style of my house will affect the privacy of my neighbor. The one who does so is as if he is peeping into someone’s house twenty-four hours a day. ➌ If there is a need to relieve oneself (qada’ al-hajah), it should be given precedence over prayer, so that the prayer can be performed with tranquility. If there is only a slight amount of wind (gas) in the stomach which does not distract attention, then there is no harm, because in a hadith it is explicitly mentioned (yudafi‘uhu al-akhbathān) that urine and feces are pushing him. And Allah knows best what is correct.
