It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) regarding my father's debt and knocked at the door. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Who is it?" I replied: "It is I." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "'It is I, it is I?'" as if he disliked this response.
