Hadith Takhrij«صحيح الإسناد موقوفًا و صح مرفوعًا : صحيح ابن حبان (ابن بلبان) ، حديث : 4498»
Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Maulana Usman Muneeb
Benefits and Issues: ➊ This narration is established both as mawquf (attributed to a Companion) and marfu‘ (attributed to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam). (Al-Sahihah, Hadith: 601) ➋ The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam sought refuge from incapacity and laziness, and the greatest misfortune is that a person is deprived of the ability to supplicate (du‘a) itself, and does not even get the opportunity to present his needs before Allah Ta‘ala.
