باب الشَّرَابِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ
Chapter: Drinking from the mouth of the water skin.
Hadith 3719
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ ، وَعَنْ رُكُوبِ الْجَلَّالَةِ وَالْمُجَثَّمَةِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد : الْجَلَّالَةُ الَّتِي تَأْكُلُ الْعَذِرَةَ .
Ibn Abbas said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade drinking from the mouth of a water-skin, and riding the animal which feeds on filth and eating the animal which is killed in confinement. Abu Dawud said: Jallalah means an animal which eats filth and impurities.
