باب التَّغْلِيظِ فِي الأَيْمَانِ الْفَاجِرَةِ

2باب فِيمَنْ حَلَفَ يَمِينًا لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالاً لأَحَدٍ

26باب مَا جَاءَ فِيمَنْ مَاتَ وَعَلَيْهِ صِيَامٌ صَامَ عَنْهُ وَلِيُّهُ

27باب مَا يُؤْمَرُ بِهِ مِنَ الْوَفَاءِ بِالنَّذْرِ

28باب فِي النَّذْرِ فِيمَا لاَ يَمْلِكُ
Chapter: A Vow Concerning What One Does Not Possess.
29باب فِيمَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِمَالِهِ
Chapter: The One Who Vows To Give His Wealth In Charity.
30باب مَنْ نَذَرَ نَذْرًا لاَ يُطِيقُهُ
Chapter: On A Man Who Takes Vows For A Thing Over Which He has no control.
31باب مَنْ نَذَرَ نَذْرًا لَمْ يُسَمِّهِ
Chapter: On A Man Who Takes A Vow But Does Not Name it.
32باب مَنْ نَذَرَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ثُمَّ أَدْرَكَ الإِسْلاَمَ
Chapter: If A Person Made A Vow In Jahiliyyah Then Entered Islam.
