باب فِي مِيرَاثِ الْعَصَبَةِ
Chapter: Regarding The Inheritance For Al-’Asabah.
Hadith 2898
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، وَمخْلَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ مَخْلَدٍ ، وَهُوَ الأَشْبَعُ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اقْسِمْ الْمَالَ بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْفَرَائِضِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ ، فَمَا تَرَكَتِ الْفَرَائِضُ فَلِأَوْلَى ذَكَرٍ " .
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet ﷺ said: Divide the property among those whose share have been prescribed in the Book of Allah, and what remains from the prescribed shares goes to the nearest male heirs.
