باب الْمَبْتُوتَةِ لاَ يَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهَا زَوْجُهَا حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ
Chapter: The Thrice Divorced Woman Cannot Return To Her Husband Until She Re-Marries.
Hadith 2309
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ يَعْنِي ثَلَاثًا ، فَتَزَوَّجَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ ، فَدَخَلَ بِهَا ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهَا ، أَتَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ ؟ قَالَتْ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى تَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَةَ الْآخَرِ وَيَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا " .
Narrated Aishah, Ummul Muminin: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a man who divorced his wife three times, and she married another who entered upon her, but divorced her before having intercourse with her, whether she was lawful for the former husband. She said: The Prophet ﷺ replied: She is not lawful for the first (husband) until she tastes the honey of the other husband and he tastes her honey.
