باب مَا جَاءَ فِي خُرُوجِ النِّسَاءِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ
Chapter: What Has Been Narrated Concerning Women Leaving (Their House) For The Masjid.
Hadith 565
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ ، وَلَكِنْ لِيَخْرُجْنَ وَهُنَّ تَفِلَاتٌ " .
Narrated Abu Hurairah: Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from visiting the mosques of Allah, but they may go out (to the mosque) having no perfumed themselves.
Hadith 566
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ " .
Ibn Umar reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying; Do not prevent the female servant your women from visiting the mosques of Allah.
Hadith 567
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَوَّامُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَمْنَعُوا نِسَاءَكُمُ الْمَسَاجِدَ وَبُيُوتُهُنَّ خَيْرٌ لَهُنَّ " .
Ibn Umar reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying; Do not prevent your women from visiting the mosque; but their houses are better for them (for praying).
Hadith 568
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ائْذَنُوا لِلنِّسَاءِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ بِاللَّيْلِ ، فَقَالَ ابْنٌ لَهُ : وَاللَّهِ لَا نَأْذَنُ لَهُنَّ فَيَتَّخِذْنَهُ دَغَلًا ، وَاللَّهِ لَا نَأْذَنُ لَهُنَّ ، قَالَ : فَسَبَّهُ وَغَضِبَ ، وَقَالَ : أَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ائْذَنُوا لَهُنَّ ، وَتَقُولُ : لَا نَأْذَنُ لَهُنَّ " .
Abdullah bin Umar reported the prophet ﷺ as saying; Allow women to visit the mosque at night. A son of his (Bilal) said; I swear by Allah, we shall certainly not allow them because they will defraud. I swear by Allah, we shall not allow them. He (Ibn Umar) abused him and became angry at him and said: I tell you that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allow them; yet you say; we shall not allow them.
