باب الْمَوَاضِعِ الَّتِي نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْبَوْلِ فِيهَا
Chapter: The Places Where It Is Prohibited To Urinate.
Hadith 25
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " اتَّقُوا اللَّاعِنَيْنِ ، قَالُوا : وَمَا اللَّاعِنَانِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : الَّذِي يَتَخَلَّى فِي طَرِيقِ النَّاسِ أَوْ ظِلِّهِمْ " .
Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet ﷺ as saying: Be on your guard against two things which provoke cursing. They (the hearers) said: Prophet of Allaah ﷺ, what are these things which provoke cursing: easing in the watering places and on the thoroughfares, and in the shade (of the tree) (where they take shelter and rest).
Hadith 26
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ ، وَعُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ أَبُو حَفْصٍ ، وَحَديِثُهُ أَتَمُّ ، أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ حَدَّثَهُمْ ، أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنِي حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْحِمْيَرِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اتَّقُوا الْمَلَاعِنَ الثَّلَاثَةَ : الْبَرَازَ فِي الْمَوَارِدِ ، وَقَارِعَةِ الطَّرِيقِ ، وَالظِّلِّ " .
Narrated Muadh ibn Jabal: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Be on your guard against three things which provoke cursing: easing in the watering places and on the thoroughfares, and in the shade (of the tree).
