حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ , عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ دَغْفَلٍ , قَالَ : " رَأَيْتُ أَبَا نَضْرَةَ قَبَّلَ خَدَّ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَام " .
Narrated Abu Nadrah: Ilyas ibn Dighfal said: I saw Abu Nadrah kissing on the cheek of al-Hasan.

Where there is no matter of doubt in expressing affection and love, it is permissible to kiss even the cheek of another person's child.
