Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Umar Farooq Saeedi
Benefits and Issues: ➊ The attribute of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) as "Sadiq wa Masduq" (the truthful and the one who is believed) is such that he (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) was truthful in his speech, actions, and reports. And Allah, His angels, and the believers have affirmed his (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) being a Prophet and Messenger, so in this regard, he is "Masduq" (the one who is believed).
➋ The scope of his (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) mercy extends to his own people and others, to the young and old, to subordinates, employees, and even to animals. A believer should never deal unjustly with anyone on any occasion.
