حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ : وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُهُمْ يَذْكُرُونَ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ : وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : التُّؤَدَةُ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا فِي عَمَلِ الْآخِرَةِ " .
Narrated Saad: The Prophet ﷺ said: There is hesitation in everything except in the actions of the next world.
Brief Explanation
1؎: Because delaying and postponing good deeds is contrary to «سارعوا إلى مغفرة من ربكم».

All such actions that are a means of attaining Allah’s pleasure—whether they pertain to the rights of Allah or the rights of people—should not be delayed in their performance.
