Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying; one shall have the thing the for which one comes to the mosque.

472. Commentary: This narration is weak in its chain of transmission, but its meaning is authentic. Because this hadith is similar in meaning to the hadith of «إِنماالأعمالُبِالنياتِ» in Sahih Bukhari, hadith number: [1]. This hadith is extremely important, as a person should be mindful and constantly hold himself accountable regarding the intention with which he is performing his actions. The reward will be according to the intention, so one should always keep the pleasure of Allah in view.
