حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ ، وَأَحْسَبُهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا أُعْفِيَ مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ " .
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet ﷺ said: I will not forgive anyone who kills after accepting blood-wit

Benefits and Issues:
It is clear that this is a very grave crime: for an heir to first accept the blood money (diyah), and then, finding an opportunity, to kill the murderer or someone else. The narration of Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi mentioned above is a witness and supporter of this, that retribution (qisas) will be taken from such a criminal.
