حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ خُثَيْمٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ ، وَمُجَاهِدًا يُحَدِّثَانِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، " فِي الْبِكْرِ يُؤْخَذُ عَلَى اللُّوطِيَّةِ ، قَالَ : يُرْجَمُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد : حَدِيثُ عَاصِمٍ يُضَعِّفُ حَدِيثَ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو .
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: If a man who is not married is seized committing sodomy, he will be stoned to death. Abu Dawud said: The tradition of Asim proved the tradition of Amir bin Abi Amr as weak.
