باب مَا يُقْطَعُ فِيهِ السَّارِقُ
Chapter: For what the hand of a thief is to be cut off.
Hadith 4385
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَطَعَ فِي مِجَنٍّ ثَمَنُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ " .
Ibn Umar’ said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had thief’s hand cut off for a shield worth three dirhams.
