Hadith 4346

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ابْنِ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ ، قَالَ : مَنْ شَهِدَهَا فَكَرِهَهَا كَانَ كَمَنْ غَابَ عَنْهَا .
A similar tradition has also been transmitted by ‘Adl from the prophet ﷺ though a different chain of narrators. This version has: He who sees it and disapproves of it will be like him who was not present.

However, Allah, the Exalted, will hold you accountable for the actions of your hearts.
Some researchers have classified this narration as hasan (good).
