Hadith 4133

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّازُ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ ، فَقَالَ : " أَكْثِرُوا مِنَ النِّعَالِ فَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَا يَزَالُ رَاكِبًا مَا انْتَعَلَ " .
Narrated Jabir: We were with the Prophet ﷺ on a journey. He said: Make a general practice of wearing sandals, for a man keeps riding as long as he wears sandals.
