حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ فَارِسٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ وَكَانَ الزُّهْرِيُّ " يُنْكِرُ الدِّبَاغَ وَيَقُولُ : يُسْتَمْتَعُ بِهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ " ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد : لَمْ يَذْكُرْ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، وَيُونُسُ ، وَعُقَيْلٌ فِي حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ الدِّبَاغَ ، وَذَكَرَهُ الزُّبَيْدِيُّ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، وَحَفْصُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ذَكَرُوا الدِّبَاغَ .
Mamar said: Al-Zuhri used to deny tanning and say: Some good can be got out of it in any condition Abu Dawud said: Al-Auzai, Yunus and 'Uqail did not mention tanning. al-Zubaidi, Saeed bin Abd al-Aziz and Hafs bin Abd al-Aziz mentioned tanning.
