Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As: A man wearing two red garments passed the Prophet ﷺ and gave him a greeting, but he did not respond to his greeting.
Explanation & Benefits

Benefits and Issues:
This narration has a weak chain of transmission; however, it is clear that if a person is committing a violation of the Shariah, then in addition to verbal admonition, one method is also to not respond to his greeting, so that he may be properly admonished and desist from his wrongful action, just as was done with those who deliberately lagged behind during the Battle of Tabuk.
