Benefits and Issues:
➊ It is forbidden to perform ritual bath (ghusl) while naked in an open place; it is obligatory to bathe while wearing a cloth, to the extent that even for the deceased, it is not permissible to leave them uncovered.
➋ It is obligatory upon those who invite to Islam (da‘i) that when they see anything contrary to the Shari‘ah among people or in society, they should alert the people regarding it.
➌ Among the Most Beautiful Names and Lofty Attributes of Allah, the Exalted, is "Sitteer" (with a kasrah under the "seen" and a shaddah on the "ta"), meaning the One who greatly conceals the faults of His servants.

406. Commentary:
➊ Haleem, Hayy, Sitteer are attributes of Allah Ta’ala. Allah Ta’ala is characterized by all perfect attributes, and these attributes are realized in Allah Ta’ala in a manner befitting His majesty. We should not discuss the reality of these attributes, nor can we know their true nature, because the essence and attributes of Allah Ta’ala are beyond our intellect. The Divine statement is: ﴿Laysa kamithlihi shay’﴾ [الشوریٰ42 : 11]
“There is nothing like unto Him.” It is necessary to affirm these attributes and to avoid baseless, fabricated interpretations of them, otherwise denial of the Qur’an and Hadith may become necessary.
➋ Ritual bath (ghusl) should be performed in such a way that no part of the body is exposed. This is preferable. In this way, a person will remain protected from the evil effects of jinn and humans; otherwise, there is a risk of being afflicted by the evil eye, etc. Moreover, this increases modesty and shyness, and modesty is a part of faith.
