Benefits and Issues:
Benefit: Washing the hands after eating is recommended (mustahabb).
Especially before sleeping, as the smell of grease may attract insects or bugs that could bite.
And this leftover food may spoil and become a cause of illness.
Therefore, after eating, not only the hands but also the mouth should be cleaned.
This is mentioned in other ahadith as well.
Islam emphasizes cleanliness and purity in every situation.

Explanation:
1:
That is, after eating, wash your hands thoroughly,
because if you do not wash them, the smell of food will remain on the hands,
which will attract jinn and devils towards oneself,
and in such a situation, a person may be afflicted by some calamity,
therefore, special care should be taken regarding this at the time of sleeping.

Benefits and Issues:
➊
After eating, one should wash one's hands.
➋
It is prohibited to sleep without washing the hands after eating food containing ghee (clarified butter) or sweets and the like.
➌
The wisdom in this prohibition is that due to the smell of grease, ants may come onto the bed, and there is a risk that the one sleeping may be harmed or troubled by them. Sometimes, even a mouse or the like may bite, which can prove to be dangerous.
➍
In daily affairs, one should avoid such actions from which there is a risk of harm.
