Narrated Umar ibn al-Khattab: reported the Prophet ﷺ as saying: There are people from the servants of Allah who are neither prophets nor martyrs; the prophets and martyrs will envy them on the Day of Resurrection for their rank from Allah, the Most High. They (the people) asked: Tell us, Messenger of Allah, who are they? He replied: They are people who love one another for the spirit of Allah (i. e. the Quran), without having any mutual kinship and giving property to one. I swear by Allah, their faces will glow and they will be (sitting) in (pulpits of) light. They will have no fear (on the Day) when the people will have fear, and they will not grieve when the people will grieve. He then recited the following Quranic verse: "Behold! Verily for the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve. "

Benefits and Issues:
Benefit.
Apparently, this hadith does not seem to have any direct connection with the Book of Pledge (Kitab al-Rahn).
Except that, on the basis of love for Allah among the believers, they willingly cooperate with one another.
And they have complete trust in each other.
And giving or taking a pledge (rahn) is not obligatory.
It is stated in the Noble Qur’an:
(فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُكُم بَعْضًا فَلْيُؤَدِّ الَّذِي اؤْتُمِنَ أَمَانَتَهُ) (al-Baqarah: 283) “And if one of you trusts another, then let him who is trusted fulfill his trust.”
That is, keeping something as a pledge (rahn, collateral)
is an indication of lack of trust in one another and a deficiency in honesty and integrity.
Where the situation is the opposite,
that is, there is trust in each other’s honesty and integrity,
there, even without a pledge, there will be no risk of loss in lending and borrowing.
And such a society is the ideal society of Islam.
This hadith points towards such a society.
