Hadith 3455

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، بِمَعْنَاهُ قَالَ ، أَوْ يَقُولُ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ : اخْتَرْ .
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Ibn Umar from the Prophet ﷺ to the same effect through a different chain of narrators. This version adds: "Or one of them tells the other: "Exercise the right. "

If, during a transaction, the shopkeeper or the buyer says, "Look at it now, make your choice," and the other party accepts it, then the transaction will be concluded.
And the right to revoke (the sale) will no longer remain.
No matter how long their sitting (session) may continue.
