Explanation & Benefits

Benefits and Issues:
The details have already been mentioned earlier.
The Noble Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) divided the lands of Khaybar into two parts in the same manner as they were acquired.
Those that were obtained as a result of battle,
he (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) distributed them.
And approximately an equal amount of land was acquired without fighting, as a result of a peace treaty.
According to the command of the Qur’an (), their income was for you (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam).
You (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) allocated it for the incidental expenses of the Muslims, and set aside a small portion for personal and family needs.
If governments, welfare organizations, and associations keep special reserved funds, it is very commendable,
so that it becomes easier to meet incidental expenses.
