حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نِيَارٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِظَبْيَةٍ فِيهَا خَرَزٌ فَقَسَمَهَا لِلْحُرَّةِ وَالأَمَةِ ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : كَانَ أَبِي رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقْسِمُ لِلْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدِ .
Narrated Aishah, Ummul Muminin: The Prophet ﷺ was brought a pouch containing bead and divided it among free women and slave women. Aishah said: My father used to divide things between free men and slave.

Benefits and Issues:
It is as if the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) used to allocate a regular share to slaves and slave-girls just as he did for free people, and would give it to them. The policy of Abu Bakr (radi Allahu anhu) was exactly the same.
