Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Umar Farooq Saeedi
Benefits and Issues:
Contracting marriage, obtaining a servant, and securing accommodation (including household expenses) are among the essential basic rights of government employees.
Nowadays, employees are being severely exploited.
And in a state of compulsion, they are forced to accept such meager compensation
that their aforementioned basic needs are not fulfilled.
This is sheer oppression and injustice.
There is no justification for this in Islam.
Especially when the higher officials and ruling class acquire so many facilities and privileges for themselves from the national treasury that Allah’s protection is sought.
