Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: A man died leaving no heir but a slave whom he had emancipated. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked: Has he any heir? They replied: No, except a slave whom he had emancipated. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ assigned his estate to him (the emancipated slave).

1؎ : From this hadith, it is understood that the emancipator (the one who set free) is also an heir when the emancipated person has no other heir. However, the majority (jumhur) are of the opposite view, and the hadith is also weak.
´Ibn 'Abbas narrated that :` a man died during the time of the Messenger of Allah(S.A.W) ,and he did not leave any heirs except for a slave that he had freed. So the Prophet gave him his inheritance
