Narrated Ata ibn Yasar: Ata reported a similar tradition (to No 2777) from the Prophet ﷺ. This version adds: a man is appointed on groups of people, and takes (wages) from the share of this, and from the share of this.

From the perspective of the chain of narration, these narrations are weak.
However, in terms of meaning and concept, they are clear.
It is evident that it is not permissible in any way for a leader or chief to take anything from people while distributing their rights.
However, if someone else who is not responsible for this task is asked to do it,
then he has the right to take a specified amount for this work.
