باب قَتْلِ الأَسِيرِ وَلاَ يُعْرَضُ عَلَيْهِ الإِسْلاَمُ
Chapter: Killing A Captive Without Inviting Him To Islam.
Hadith 2685
حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَى رَأْسِهِ الْمِغْفَرُ فَلَمَّا نَزَعَهُ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ ابْنُ خَطَلٍ : مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ : اقْتُلُوهُ ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد : ابْنُ خَطَلٍ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَكَانَ أَبُو بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيُّ قَتَلَهُ .
Anas bin Malik said “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Makkah in the year of the conquest (of Makkah) wearing a helmet on his head. When he took off it a man came to him and said “Ibn Akhtal is hanging with the curtains of the Kaabah. ” He said “Kill him”. Abu Dawud said “The name of Ibn Akhtal is Abd Allaah and Abu Barzat Al Aslami killed him.
