Hadith 2621

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبَّادَ بْنَ شُرَحْبِيلَ رَجُلًا مِنَّا مِنْ بَنِي غُبَرَ بِمَعْنَاهُ .
Abu Bishr said “I heard Abbad bin ‘Shurahbil a man of us from Banu Ghubar. He narrated the reast of the tradition to the same effect. ”

Benefits and Issues:

In reality, it is permissible for a needy person to eat and drink from an orchard or field without permission, but it is not permissible to take anything away with him.


Before administering punishment, it is necessary to advise the ignorant person, and an ignorant person is, to some extent, excused.


Fulfilling the needs of a needy person according to one’s capacity is an obligation upon a Muslim.
