Narrated Muawiyah: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Migration will not end until repentance ends, and repentance will not end until the sun rises in the west.

Brief Explanation
1؎ : Therefore, if possible, migration from the land of disbelief (dar al-kufr) to the land of Islam (dar al-Islam), and from the land of sin (dar al-ma‘asi) to the land of righteousness (dar al-salah), is always better. Otherwise, in this era, no country allows a citizen of another country to transfer and settle there.
Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Umar Farooq Saeedi
Benefits and Issues:
The rising of the sun from the west is a very great sign among the signs of the Day of Judgment.
And until that time, the opportunity for repentance remains open.
In the same way, if a person leaves the land of disbelief (dar al-kufr) and chooses to reside in the land of Islam (dar al-salam) for the protection of his religion and faith, then there is nothing to prevent him from being considered a migrant (muhajir).
