باب مَنْ يَقُولُ صُمْتُ رَمَضَانَ كُلَّهُ
Chapter: Whoever Said: "Indeed I Fasted All Of Ramadan".
Hadith 2415
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ الْمُهَلَّبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ إِنِّي صُمْتُ رَمَضَانَ كُلَّهُ وَقُمْتُهُ كُلَّهُ " . فَلَا أَدْرِي أَكَرِهَ التَّزْكِيَةَ ، أَوْ قَالَ : لَا بُدَّ مِنْ نَوْمَةٍ أَوْ رَقْدَةٍ .
Narrated Abu Bakrah: The Prophet ﷺ said: One of you should not say: I fasted the whole of Ramadan, and I prayed during the night in the whole of Ramadan. I do not know whether he disliked the purification; or he (the narrator) said: He must have slept a little and taken rest.
