AL-ANHAR:

Nahr means the water of a river.
(2)
GHAYM:
Cloud,
Rain is meant.
(3)
‘USHUR:

Benefits and Issues:
The meaning of the hadith is that water which is natural and does not have to be extracted from the earth by oneself,
on it is due one-tenth.
But this is in the case when the produce reaches the nisab, i.e., five wasq or more,
and if the water is extracted from the earth by oneself,
then since more effort and hardship is involved, one-twentieth is due on it.
