1482. Commentary: That is, such supplications which encompass the goodness of both this world and the Hereafter. Also, their words are few but their meanings are vast. For example, the well-known supplication: [وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ]
