باب وَقْتِ قِيَامِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ اللَّيْلِChapter: The Time That The Prophet (saws) Would Pray At Night.
Hadith 1316

حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْكُوفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيُوقِظُهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِاللَّيْلِ فَمَا يَجِيءُ السَّحَرُ حَتَّى يَفْرُغَ مِنْ حِزْبِهِ " .
Narrated Aishah: Allah, the Exalted, would awaken the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at night. When the dawn came, he would his finish daily round of recital.

1316. Commentary: Benefit: It is understood that every individual receives the ability to do good deeds only from Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. Therefore, one should always make this supplication, as is mentioned in the well-known hadith: «رب أعِنِّى على ذكرِكَ وشكرِكَ وحسنِ عبادتِكَ» [Sunan an-Nasa’i, Kitab as-Sahw, Hadith: 1304]: “O Allah! Help me to remember You, to thank You, and to worship You in an excellent manner.”
