Hadith 1302
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْعَتَكِيُّ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ بِمَعْنَاهُ مُرْسَلًا . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد : سَمِعْت مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ حُمَيْدٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ يَعْقُوبَ ، يَقُولُ : كُلُّ شَيْءٍ حَدَّثْتُكُمْ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَهُوَ مُسْنَدٌ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
Narrated Saeed bin Jubair: This tradition from the Prophet ﷺ without mentioning the name of the Companion in the chain (in the mursal form). Abu dawud said: I heard Muhammad bin Humaid say: I heard Ya'qub say: Anything I narrated to you from Jafar on the authority of Saeed bin Jubair from the Prophet ﷺ is directly coming from Ibn Abbas from the Prophet ﷺ.
