Prayer (Tafarah Abwab ul Jummah)
باب مَا يُقْرَأُ فِي صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ
Chapter: What Is Recited During The Subh Prayer On Friday.
Hadith 1075
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ مُخَوَّلٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ ، " وَزَادَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْجُمُعَةِ بِسُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُنَافِقُونَ .
This tradition has also been transmitted through a different chain of narrators. This version adds: In the Friday prayer he would recite Surah al-Jumu’ah (lxxi) and Surah al-Munafiqunn.
